In 2020, I chose Allston Collision Center to fix my rear bumper that a commercial company damaged. Once I spoke and met... with Paul and his team, I was put at ease. He took care of everything. My car was even repaired sooner than estimated. I did need to go back to get some finishing/buffing done on the newly repainted bumper which took a few extra days to schedule, but again, Paul came through. He even had my car washed and vacuumed free of charge, getting it as close to new when I bought it! I would absolutely go back in the future.The future came. Now it's 2022 and I needed to get my car repaired after a collision with a deer. Paul and Abel were still working there and they were both great to work with again! It took a while to get the parts in due to the supply chain shortages everyone's been experiencing due to the pandemic, but their estimate for the repairs finished significantly quicker. Same deal as last time, where they had my car vacuumed out and washed free of charge. Great service all around and overall great communication.read more

Allston collision center is a truly 5-star business. Not only do they do excellent work (our car looks like new again,... detailed and washed too), but their commitment to hospitality makes for a seamless customer experience. Paul is phenomenal. He walked me through the shop and showed me what would be done to our car, assured me that all the woes of the process would be handled between them and the insurance company, and, completely unprompted, walked into the road to stop traffic so my wife could pull out into the busy intersection. OUTSTANDING QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, SEAMLESS PROCESS - My family and I have been bringing cars to Paul Chaet for... many years. Most recently, he restored my BMW X3 after an accident. In the past he has restored a Volvo, Lexus, and Jeep. The process was seamless - from start to finish - including dealing with the insurance company, getting you a rental, arranging for the rental to be picked up, and returning your car to you repairs done, and in beautiful condition. Paul and Abel really are models for the highest quality customer service. This last time I drove two hours to drop off a car with them. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere and neither will you, once you have worked with them.read more

I cannot say enough about the quality repair and customer service I received from Paul and the team at Allston... Collision Center. As you can see from the pictures, my car was in desperate need of repair after a commercial truck smashed my trunk. The final pictures don't do the quality of the work justice.They promise your car will look like new, and mine did! Plus, the team did a thorough detail, which led three different friends to say, "man, this car smells brand new!"Even more important than taking care of my car was the way Paul and his team took care of ME! Whenever I called, Elaine would connect me with Paul or Abel. If they weren't available, they were sure to call me back. As my repair got closer to completion I could count on clear updates and felt assured that they were working to return my car as quickly as possible.The service was SO stellar that I inquired about taking care of a small cosmetic nick in the paint that I had for a while. Because Allston Collision had helped me in the past, I returned a couple weeks ago when my car developed some rust. ... Even though it is over a decade old, I love my car and want to keep it. Paul, as always, was great to work with and very upfront about the work, giving me a detailed quote and booking it around my schedule. I got into my very first accident this winter and I found ACC here on google. Being my first accident I didn't quite... know what to do or who to go to but I decided to give them a try and I was so glad I did! Abel and Paul were so so helpful. We were unable to use Allston because the car unfortunately was deemed a total loss from the accident by insurance, but... if we EVER need these services, or know of anyone in the area who needs the services Allston provides we would not hesitate to highly recommend them and use them. Paul was incredibly honest, caring, helpful though the stressful situation both with my daughter and with communicating with me. The insurance company tried to pull one over on us and Paul helped us to know our rights in MA. We are in Florida, and our daughter whose vehicle it was was new to MA car insurance. In this day and age it is hard to find someone who truly cares and will go the extra mile to help someone even if they have nothing to gain from it, that is EXACTLY what Paul did. Had a great experience with team at Allston Collision Center. My car was hit while parked and I didn't have collision... protection at the time. Paul made it clear from the beginning that since I was paying out-of-pocket he'd try to save me as much as possible. Dealing with the team was a pleasure which was great as it was my first time getting my car repaired. The quote was very fair and much less than the other quotes I had gotten beforehand.When the repair was done in a little over 2 weeks, the car looked perfect. The front-end of my car was mangled in a hit-and-run last summer, but Paul and his group were able to fix it up and... made it look as if it had never happened. I dropped the car off in the morning, they replaced the bumper and did some work on one of the side panels, and had it back to me that same afternoon. They were able to see me right away and got the damage fixed quick and for a great price. I have since been back for two separate vehicle issues which they were able to diagnose and fix rapidly. They treated me like family and I will be returning if I ever gave the need and would gladly refer anyone else ! For reference I know nothing about cars and generally feel nervous about going to a repair shop without someone who knows what they’re talking about (ie my dad), but I felt like they were looking out for my best interest and took pride in giving me a fair estimate on my issues.read more

I backed into a concrete pillar with my car and made a large shallow dent, with paint scraped through, including both... metal and the plastic bumper. Entirely my fault, so I decided to pay out of pocket, but I was worried about the cost. The estimate process was painless, and the repair took about a week. As other reviewers have said, I can't tell there was even a repair. Plus an overall cleaning and buffing out other nicks. Cost came in UNDER the estimate - when does that ever happen? - with a nice discount for paying cash, which I truly appreciate. Paul's group does excellent work, for a more than reasonable price, and also has fantastic customer service. Best of all worlds. I usually don’t bother to write reviews but felt compelled to in this case. I very rarely see businesses rated this... well (4.9 stars), and you might be wondering if it’s really accurate. In my experience, Paul and his team certainly lived up to that rating. They were efficient, professional, and kind throughout the entire repair process, from drop off to pickup and everything in between. Frequent and clear communication was great in keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle’s repair. Paul was determined to get the repair done properly, even though that meant having to order 3 different replacement doors until they received one in good shape. Overall, it’s a really impressive operation. There are countless body shops in the immediate area, but I won’t take my car anywhere else in the future for repairs.read more

I am so impressed with Paul and his team! He was incredibly quick and professional. We brought in our car for a bumper... issue on a Wednesday morning, and by Thursday noon the next day, it was ready to go - just in time for the roadtrip we were taking. Paul immediately assessed the issue, was able to get the part delivered same-day, and fixed it up that next morning. We are so happy with the service at Allston Collision Center. We will be going back to Paul for any future car repairs!read more

I would highly recommend Paul, Abel, and the rest of the team at Allston Collision Center. They are fantastic! My back... windshield was damaged and I needed the whole thing replaced. I went to Allston Collision Center and they gave me a very reasonable price, and fixed my windshield in under 24 hours. They also vacuumed all of the glass in the back as well. I parked my car in a store's parking lot, and when I returned, I found damage to the driver's side rear quarter panel &... bumper. My insurance company had appraised the damage; I then brought my car to Allston Collision Center and forwarded the appraisal report to Paul. He made my car look beautiful! I could have not had a better experience! I was rear-ended and I was looking at different body shops. I decided to try... Allston Collision Center because of the great reviews I read online, and trust me they live up to the reviews. I was originally supposed to drop my car off on a Monday but I was sick so they kept the shop open late for me on New Years Eve just to make sure I could drop my car off. They then called the car rental company up and were able to organize a pick up for me within minutes. While my car was at the shop I did not have to contact the insurance company of the person that hit me once. They handled the entire process from start to finish. When I picked up my car they walked me through all of the work they did and explained to me the process. The car looks great, the repairs were done perfectly. They also cleaned the entire car inside and out. It looks like a brand new car. I had such a great experience here and I would highly recommend to anyone that needs body work done on their car!read more

I have been going to see Paul and the guys at Austin Collision Center for approximately seven years now. Through two... cars, three accidents (None my fault)and one act of God.Allston Collision Center has:1. installed two hitches (1 on each of my cars) 2. Replaced a bumper and quarter panel on my Subaru Crosstrek after it was struck while parked. 2a. It is pumpkin orange and I’m sure a pain to color match. They matched it perfectly. All the work was done professionally & expediently.They took care of all insurance matters with my provider. All I had to do was drop the car off and come back and pick it up knowing the work was being done perfectly.They have been in the neighborhood forever and it shows, You don't last doing so-so work. As a Veteran I can not recommend Paul and his crew highly enough. The auto-body guys are fantastic, the Installers are amazing, and the Painters are incredible.SYNOPSYS: Use these Guys!read more

Vehicle: 2008 Lexus IS-FMy Lexus was hit while I had it parked at my apartment complex and the person that did it left... no note behind. The front driver side of my car was damaged with my bumper hanging and headlight damaged. I had previously taken my car to Paul at Allston Collision Center for some undercarriage work and was pleased with the level of professionalism and quality of the work. I knew I had to take my car back to Allston Collision to get it fixed. In addition to getting the hit-and-run damage fixed, I also decided it was time to do total repainting on my car. Paul was honest about what parts I needed and worked tirelessly to get the parts I needed at good prices. Paul kept me inform throughout the entire process, even allowing me to stop in weekly to look at the progress they had made. When I finally got my car back I was so pleased with the quality of the work, I also shed a tear. My car looks brand new now! I cannot thank Paul and his team enough for the great work they did! My four year old BMW is jinxed. Twice it was hit by falling trees, another time someone clipped the left front bumper,... and most recently it came too close to a support column in a parking garage (my fault this time).
