I parked my car in a store's parking lot, and when I returned, I found damage to the driver's side rear quarter panel &... bumper. My insurance company had appraised the damage; I then brought my car to Allston Collision Center and forwarded the appraisal report to Paul. He made my car look beautiful! Hopefully, my car will not again be damaged, but if it happens, I would definitely bring to Allston Collision Center.read more

These guys are total pros. If I could give them 10 stars i would. My car couldn't be fix it was totaled. The guys at... Allston Collision Center walked me through the process, helped me deal with the insurance company, and gave me much needed advice on how to handle it. When you look at their shop and lot its pretty clear that they are beyond busy, but when you call there you would never know it, every single person there who answers the phone is willing to take as much time as needed to help you. I could have not had a better experience! I was rear-ended and I was looking at different body shops. I decided to try... Allston Collision Center because of the great reviews I read online, and trust me they live up to the reviews. I was originally supposed to drop my car off on a Monday but I was sick so they kept the shop open late for me on New Years Eve just to make sure I could drop my car off. They then called the car rental company up and were able to organize a pick up for me within minutes. While my car was at the shop I did not have to contact the insurance company of the person that hit me once. They handled the entire process from start to finish. When I picked up my car they walked me through all of the work they did and explained to me the process. The car looks great, the repairs were done perfectly. They also cleaned the entire car inside and out. It looks like a brand new car. I had such a great experience here and I would highly recommend to anyone that needs body work done on their car!read more

I have been going to see Paul and the guys at Austin Collision Center for approximately seven years now. Through two... cars, three accidents (None my fault)and one act of God. Allston Collision Center has: 1. installed two hitches (1 on each of my cars) 2. Replaced a bumper and quarter panel on my Subaru Crosstrek after it was struck while parked. 2a. It is pumpkin orange and I’m sure a pain to color match. They matched it perfectly. All the work was done professionally & expediently. They took care of all insurance matters with my provider. All I had to do was drop the car off and come back and pick it up knowing the work was being done perfectly. They have been in the neighborhood forever and it shows, You don't last doing so-so work. As a Veteran I can not recommend Paul and his crew highly enough. The auto-body guys are fantastic, the Installers are amazing, and the Painters are incredible. SYNOPSYS: Use these Guys!read more

Vehicle: 2008 Lexus IS-F My Lexus was hit while I had it parked at my apartment complex and the person that did it left... no note behind. The front driver side of my car was damaged with my bumper hanging and headlight damaged. I had previously taken my car to Paul at Allston Collision Center for some undercarriage work and was pleased with the level of professionalism and quality of the work. I knew I had to take my car back to Allston Collision to get it fixed. In addition to getting the hit-and-run damage fixed, I also decided it was time to do total repainting on my car. Paul was honest about what parts I needed and worked tirelessly to get the parts I needed at good prices. Paul kept me inform throughout the entire process, even allowing me to stop in weekly to look at the progress they had made. When I finally got my car back I was so pleased with the quality of the work, I also shed a tear. My car looks brand new now! I cannot thank Paul and his team enough for the great work they did! I would highly recommend anyone who needs auto body repairs done to their cars to take it to Allston Collision Center!read more

My four year old BMW is jinxed. Twice it was hit by falling trees, another time someone clipped the left front bumper,... and most recently it came too close to a support column in a parking garage (my fault this time). After each incident, I brought the car to Allston Collision and it came back to me in absolutely perfect condition, looking like a brand new car. This is LONG overdue. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that Allston Collision has (always) done....
