Paul Chaet General Manager, Licensed Appraiser Since September of 1976, Paul has continued to evolve in a changing business. He has mastered the know-how it takes to operate a shop and work with insurance companies. 2008 marked Paul's 30th year as a licensed appraiser. Paul maintains the integrity of the shop by involving himself in all aspects of vehicle repair. His knowledge of insurance companies, repair coordination, and customer relations is unsurpassed. |
| Manny Santos Foreman, Body & Paint Shop Manny entered the auto body field in 1985, with 4 years of technical schooling. He continues to update his resume with training in new equipment and tools, as well as appraising vehicles. Manny's talents in body work are unparalleled and his ability to crossover into frame work, paint preparation or the office makes him an invaluable part of this operation. |
Mark Ferson Office Manager Over 25 years ago Mark began his career in auto mechanics. After 15 years in another career, Mark returns to the business of cars. At Allston Collision Center, he enjoys the administration side of the operation. Mark continues to expand his skills including office management, parts management and appraising vehicles. Mark keeps our front office organized and his customer service skills honed. |
